At Nulife, this motto helps us define the way we approach our organisational policies.

To begin with, we have a special focus on occupational safety and health.

We do this by providing safe and hygienic working spaces, well-maintained machines and fire safety.

We are also in a constant state of emergency-preparedness through regular drills and by engaging in preventive and protective measures to prevent accidents, illness and injury.

Besides this, there is a 24x7 on-site provision for occupational injury and illness.

Our fair labour practices ensure elimination of forced and compulsory labour with a provision for equitable compensation and welfare practices. These include benefits such as the workman compensation policy.

We comply will all statutory requirements and don’t engage in child labour. We also have a policy and committee in place for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).

At Nulife, we live by this mantra.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we actively engage in various community projects.

We collaborate with local healthcare organisations and charitable foundations to support medical camps, health awareness programmes, and initiatives that improve access to healthcare in under-served areas.

Some of our CSR initiatives include: provision of disability aids and prosthetics (Calliper and Jaipur foot) to the disabled, distribution of protein supplements, provision of healthcare products at old age homes and food donation drives.

Our employees are encouraged to volunteer their time and skills for causes they are passionate about, further strengthening our bond with the community.
